Returns & Refund Policy – Anaf Aroma
At Anaf Aroma, we strive to provide you with the best quality products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.
When Can You Return a Product?
You can request a return in the following cases:
- You received a faulty or defective product (e.g., damaged bottle, leaked product, broken packaging)
- You received a product that is different from what you ordered
- You received a product that looks significantly different from how it appeared on the website
- If you are not satisfied with the quality of the product
Important Note – Unboxing Video Required
⚠️ IMPORTANT: In case of any faulty delivery, damaged product, missing items, or empty package complaint, you MUST provide us with a complete unboxing video of the package. Without a clear unboxing video, no return or refund complaint will be entertained.
Products That Cannot Be Returned
The following products are non-returnable:
- Items that have been used, worn, washed, or soiled
- Branded items once the seal has been broken (unless faulty)
- Consumable products once the seal has been broken (e.g., attars, perfumes, oils)
- Bulky items
- Custom made products (e.g., personalized items, custom blends)
- Products purchased during sale or discount offers
Return Window & Process
To raise a return request, contact us within 3 days of receiving the product.
Step 1: Contact us on WhatsApp at +91 99199 90773 or email at contact@anafaroma.com with:
- Order ID
- Product name/image
- Detailed description of the issue
- Unboxing video (if applicable)
Step 2: Once approved, you must send the product back to us within 7 days.

Return Shipping Charges
Return shipping charges will be communicated at the time of return approval based on the reason for return (faulty product vs change of mind).
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Processing Time: 5-7 business days after approval.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, PayPal, etc.).
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Window: You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.
- If order is cancelled within 12 hours and not yet dispatched, full refund will be issued
- If order has already been dispatched, cancellation is not possible
- Customized orders cannot be cancelled once production has started
Exchange Policy
Currently, we do NOT offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return the original product (as per return policy) and place a new order separately.
